Stamp Duty

Every time you purchase a new property your state government requires Stamp Duty to be paid. The amount of Stamp Duty payable is based on the selling price of the property and is different in every state. In most states recent changes have been made to Stamp Duty legislation for first home buyers. To find out more, click on your state below:
