Annual Account fee

$49

Overlimit fee

If the balance of the account exceeds the credit limit at any time during a statement period you'll be charged $35 at the end of that "Statement Period", shown on the statement of account.

Remember that credit limits are in place to help you manage your budget. You can avoid this fee easily by spending within your approved credit limit. You can also call to check your limit and available balance any time on 1300 660 841 or go online to check your current balance.

You can also apply for a higher credit limit as required.

Late Payment fee

If the "Monthly Payment " plus any "Amount Due Immediately" shown on the statement of account is not paid within 28 days of the end of the "Statement Period" shown on that statement, you'll be charged $35.

Avoiding this fee is easy, with a number of convenient ways for you to pay your account on time such as CardPay Direct.

Cash Advance fee

If you obtain a cash advance from your credit card account you'll be charged a Cash Advance fee.

This fee is the greater of 2% of the cash advance amount or a minimum fee as shown below:

Cash advances via account access online, by phone, and cash equivalent transactions not made at branches or ATMs $0.00

ATM Cash Advances within Australia $1.25

Branch Cash Advance within Australia $4.00

Overseas ATM and Branch Cash Advances $4.00

If your account is in credit at the time your cash advance is processed to your credit card account, the Cash Advance Fee will apply to the amount of the cash advance that exceeds the credit balance and the minimum fee will apply.

Some ATMs and overseas EFTPOS locations may also impose a surcharge.

If a cash advance is made in a foreign currency, the Cash Advance Fee will apply to the cash advance and the Currency Conversion Fee.

Overseas Transaction fee

When you make a purchase or cash advance in a foreign currency you'll be charged 3% of the value of any foreign currency transaction.

Duplicate Statement fee

If you request an additional statement you'll be charged $14 per statement

This fee can be easily avoided as you can always access your last 3 months statement details online for free.

Payment Dishonour fee

If a payment to your credit card account has to be reversed or is dishonoured you'll be charged $12.

Avoiding this fee is easy, with a number of convenient ways for you to pay your account on time such as CardPay Direct.

Priority fee

If you request a priority issue of a card and/or PIN mailer you'll be charged $50.

There is no charge for the normal 2-5 day delivery time.

Additional Cardholder fee

Each additional card issued on your credit card account will attract a $10 annual fee in addition to your Annual Account Fee.

When you add a new additional cardholder to your account, a pro-rata fee will be charged for the period from the date the additional cardholder is added to the account to the next Annual Account Fee anniversary.
