Aussie Asset Power is a 20 year interest only property loan with a reduced interest rate that allows customers to build their investment portfolio or enhance their lifestyle.
Interest rate is adjusted monthly, effective from the 15th of each month and is calculated on the outstanding loan balance of the loan daily.
There is no obligation for the borrower to repay any part of the loan principle until the end of the loan term.
